Where it is located
Nunziata is a pretty Sicilian village in the Province of Catania, not far from Taormina.

It is at only km 2.5 of distance from a nice beach on the Ionic Coast - see map .

To get there, you have to take the Motorway A18 (Catania-Messina) and go out at GIARRE . Then turn into the state road 114 towards Messina. After about 4 km, turn again on the left into the provincial road following the indication for Nunziata.

Only two more kilometres and you will be in Via Santa Lucia 30. You will see the villa on your left. see plan

The villa is at about 400 metres of distance from the center of the village, where you will find a pharmacy, a newsagent ‘s and tobacconist's, the Bus Stop and the “Circumetnea” Railway Station.
